The agent inside Outlook

One agent.
The throughput of five to ten.

DIGITALIS Maritime is the AI orchestration layer that sits between your inbox and your port-call work. It reads inbound mail, classifies what’s routine vs. what needs you, drafts the response, books the meeting, files the paperwork — and earns its autonomy one decision at a time.

Connects to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace · No new email address · Your team keeps Outlook, the agent keeps up.

The problem

Maritime agencies live in Outlook.
Outlook doesn’t know what a port call is.

A single port call is 30+ moving parts: ETA, berth assignment, pilots, tugs, customs, stores, crew change, surveyor visits, husbandry tasks, principal updates, regulatory filings, PDA, FDA. The information arrives by email — from owners, brokers, charterers, suppliers, terminal operators, customs — in five languages and three time zones, hour after hour.

Your agents stitch it together by hand. Forwarding mail to themselves to remember it. Pasting ETAs into spreadsheets. Re-typing the same vessel particulars into the third counterparty system today. The work is half operational, half clerical, and the clerical half is the bottleneck.

DIGITALIS replaces the clerical half.

How it works

An agent that watches every inbox and acts when it should.

We connect to your existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailbox — read-only by default, send-on-approval thereafter. Every inbound message passes through a Triage Officer that classifies, contextualizes, and decides what to do next.

1

Read

Triage Officer (Anthropic Haiku) reads each inbound message, identifies the vessel, principal, and counterparty, and assigns a category — eta_update, pda_query, husbandry_request, etc.

2

Classify

The agent assigns an autonomy band — green, yellow, or red — based on the message, the counterparty, and the routine. Routine acknowledgments are green. Anything sensitive is forced red.

3

Propose

For green and yellow, the agent drafts the next action — a reply, a calendar booking, a husbandry task, a PDA line item — anchored to the actual vessel, port, and thread.

4

Earn the next decision

You accept, edit, or reject. Acceptance rate, edit distance, and outcome reviews calibrate the band — the agent earns autonomy on a counterparty by counterparty basis.

Earned Autonomy

Trust is calibrated, not granted.

Most AI tools either show you a draft and wait, or run autonomously and pray. DIGITALIS sits in the middle: every routine has a starting band, every counterparty has overrides, every action is logged with confidence and outcome. The agent moves toward autopilot only where it’s already been right.

Green

Autopilot

Low-stakes, reversible, high-confidence routine traffic. ETA acknowledgments, NOR confirmations, vessel-status pings, pilot-booking confirmations. Sent automatically with audit trail.

Yellow

Review & send

Substantive replies that touch principal relationships, schedule discussions, PDA queries. The agent drafts; you read, edit, send. The default for new counterparties.

Red

Human required

Sensitive content — medical, legal, sanctions, fatality, dispute, regulatory filings, anything above your agency’s threshold. Hard floor. Never sent without you.

Capabilities

Outlook, replaced — not extended.

Your team works inside DIGITALIS Maritime. Mail, calendar, contacts, files, tasks, port calls, husbandry, drivers, CRM, and disbursement accounts — one workspace, one operating picture.

📥

Unified inbox

Outlook-native UI for Gmail and Microsoft 365. Conversation grouping, folders, search, keyboard shortcuts. The Copilot panel sits to the right.

📅

Calendar & agenda

Provider-side calendar sync (read/write). The agent extracts dates from emails and proposes events anchored to the right port call.

Port-call timeline

Pre-arrival → in-port → departure. Vessel, crew, cargo, documents, events. The agent proposes the husbandry plan from inbound mail.

🛠

Husbandry tasks

Every task has an owner, due date, and source — the email or document that produced it. Driver dispatch, surveyor coordination, supplier orders.

💼

PDA / FDA generator

Proforma and Final Disbursement Accounts assembled from booked services. The numbers add up because they’re the same numbers the agent acted on.

📑

Audit trail

Every AI decision logged: what it saw, what it proposed, what the human did. Replayable. The compliance answer for sensitive operations.

🎨

Branded portals

Each agency runs as itself. Your customers see your logo, your colors, your domain. We’re the operating system; you’re the operator.

🔌

One-consent connect

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Mail, calendar, contacts, files, tasks — all in a single OAuth grant. We don’t need a new mailbox.

🌍

Multi-language

Greek, English, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin. The agent reads the language the email arrived in and replies in the language you reply in.

Who it’s for

Built for the agency, not the platform vendor.

Ship agencies

Tankers, bulkers, container, breakbulk. From single-port boutiques to multi-office networks. We slot in alongside ShipNet, Veson, SDSD — or replace them where you want one less tool.

Husbandry providers

Crew change, technical, stores, repairs. Fast inbox triage, principal-facing portals, PDA-ready cost tracking from the moment the request lands.

Port agents

High-volume, low-margin operations where every minute saved on email is a minute spent on the vessel. Earn-as-you-go autonomy means the agent gets faster the more it does.

Pilot

One week, one of your agencies, your real Outlook.

We’ll connect to one of your busier sandbox agencies, run the agent against the real inbound for seven days, and report back: which tasks the agent did, which it proposed, which your team did. If the throughput multiplier on the routine half isn’t there, you don’t pay.
